HOME STYLE - LOVINGLY COOKED - QUALITY FOOD 

                                 MENU

BREAKFASTS: served from 7.00 am to 9am

Continental - $25  2 persons for 2 mornings, $10 for extra mornings and person - homemade sourdough rye bread, two cereals, butter, condiments, OJ, fruit, yoghurt.

Cooked - $25  2 persons for 1 morning, 2 eggs each (fried, poached or scrambled)  with bacon & home made bread/toast. Extras $2.50 each: mushroom, tomato, beans, spinach, chorizo chipolatas, hash browns, haloumi.  Smoked cold salmon: $7 per serve. 

Just 2 eggs on toast for 2 persons $16. GF bread available.                              

Organic Porridge - with milk or soy, honey, cinnamon and fresh fruit on the side for TWO:  $20.
Mixed organic fruits with small bowl of vanilla chai pudding for TWO: $25

LUNCH:  served from 12.00 to 2.00pm

PINICS - we can provide a rustic country picnic for you to take away for the day or have on the property in one of our lovely spots: $40 for two!

Salmon Patti Burger, 41 Degrees South - wholemeal bun, Salmon Patti, Tasmanian Brie cheese, green leaves, tomatoe, cucumber & aioli $12 (with potato bites $18)

Vegetable & Rice Bowl for TWO- baked vegetables, stir fried greens, spiced pumpkin seeds, chickpeas & organic rices with a tasty sauce $30

Minestrone Soup for TWO - hearty Italian style soup with a little cream and parmesan served with our bread $32

MAIN DISH 

Gourmet Platter for TWO ~ 41' South hot smoked salmon, salami, ham, cheeses, olives, dips, & more served with crackers, toast & salads  $65                               Extras: regional Venison $15   

Free Range Chicken Fillet for TWO - with baked sweet potatoes, seasonal vegetables lightly cooked in regional butter, mountain water & herbs with a creamy cumin & turmeric coconut sauce  $55

Regional Beef Eye Fillet Steak for TWO - with baked potato, baked cauliflower cheese, greens with a homemade pepper berry, red wine, spicy plum sauce  $70

Meander Valley Pork Fillet for TWO - stir fried with Asian style vegetables in a tasty house made sauce served with organic Jasmine rice  $50

Italian Style Dish - organic wholemeal spaghetti with pesto, greens, herbs & garlic creamy sauce with grana pandano. $25

Chocolate self sauce pudding with vanilla ice-cream x 2 $18

Chocolate raw fudge brownies GF/V with cream, coconut yoghurt or ice-cream GF x 2 $14

Cottage guests can order a Gourmet Platter for TWO to dine in the Cottage.  We deliver it to the Cottage.  Please pre-order.

Lodge meals are for Lodge guests only unless both sites are booked as a group with catering.

Meal orders must be at least two meals for two people or one main for a lone guest. Our VEGAN MENU has more options so please enquire. 

The menu can be adjusted for dietary needs, groups of eight or more and events.
